Elle est amplifi\u00e9e par la r\u00e9cente guerre commerciale tous azimuts lanc\u00e9e par le gouvernement \u00e9tats-unien. <br>\n<br>\n\u00c0 un moment o\u00f9 la brutalit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9go\u00efsme, la d\u00e9fiance et le d\u00e9ni semblent port\u00e9s au c\u00e9nacle, la solidarit\u00e9, la coop\u00e9ration, la confiance en l\u2019autre et la reconnaissance des apports des sciences dures comme des sciences sociales sont des valeurs autour desquelles les forces de progr\u00e8s doivent se r\u00e9unir. L'indignation l\u00e9gitime est une chose, mais la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 formuler sera n\u00e9cessairement prot\u00e9iforme - sur le plan des valeurs comme celui d\u2019organisation de programmes concrets et \u00e0 impact sur les populations mondiales. A commencer par celles dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement les plus touch\u00e9es par les d\u00e9cisions, p\u00e9remptoires ou progressives, de r\u00e9duction des efforts de solidarit\u00e9 publique ou de remise en cause des relations commerciales internationales.
