Farid Baddache leads the consulting & advocacy activites of Ksapa, leveraging Environmental, Social and Ethical performance to innovate and improve the competitiveness of business operations. He also takes part in Ksapa's impact investment activities, notably in relations to industrial companies outreach and & program design.

Farid offers a global profile with +20 years' experience in sustainability. He combines corporate (consumer sectors, industries), non-profit, academic, development and consulting experience. The former Managing Director at BSR for 10+ years. BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) is a global nonprofit organization that works in consultancy, research and collaborative programs with a network of more than 250 member companies. Farid has designed and implemented programs for 150+ clients across 100+ countries, working with top decision makers pursuing transformational changes for their organizations, improving resilience and competitiveness of their businesses given their climate and human rights agendas.

Author of several books and resources on business, sustainability and responsibility, Farid is member of several stakeholder panels & think tanks, and is board member of impact investment funds..

Farid speaks French, English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. He holds an M.B.A. from the ESSEC Business School in Paris, an M.B.A. from the National University of Singapore in Clean Technology, and a Ph.D in Organizational Sociology from EHESS, the Paris School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences.

Raphaël Hara leads the impact investment activities of Ksapa & also runs its administrative management (including finance & human resources). He also takes part in the development of its consulting and advocacy activities, stressing on the integration of social & environmental stakes in financial & economic approaches.

20+ years of experience as a manager in finance and investment management, conceiving and implementing complex investment schemes, acting internationally to organize and manage secure and performing investments, through legal structuring, financial modelization and analysis, and operations management.

CFO, Deputy Managing Director and Partner at Europrestim Management, a real-estate oriented development company, fund management and multiclass asset management company acting throughout Europe on behalf of international investors (family office, private equity) and managing up to 750 M€ of assets. He has been in charge for over 18 years of finance, fund management, structuring, investment analysis, IT, bank relationships management. He also has managed acquisitions & arbitration of companies and real estate assets.

Member of the Board and Manager of several regulated and unregulated companies in different European countries, as shareholders’ representative or as partner, he also has experience in the internet, physical distribution and musical industries. Passionate about music, he remains involved in music production activities on the side.

Raphaël speaks French, English, German and Portuguese. He holds an M.B.A. from the ESSEC Business School in Paris. He recently completed a forward-looking course on ”Futures, Innovation and Sustainable Development” at “Institut des Futurs Souhaitables”.

Hatim is Ksapa’s Programs Director. He is responsible for strategic design and operational deployment of the SUTTI programme worldwide.

For the past 15 years, he has been intent on on strengthening the capacity of local development actors to achieve impact at scale. Before Ksapa, he worked with Livelihoods Venture, an impact investment fund supported by multinational corporations (such as Danone and Mars Inc). It allowed him to reconnect large groups of vulnerable smallholders with a secure and profitable market.

Structuring resilient supply chains through innovative agronomic models and social structuration enabled him to increase the net revenue of farmers while improving the quality and traceability of targeted commodities such as vanilla, coconut or rice. Hatim has a deep knowledge of the challenges in producing key food and cash crops in tropical areas. All in all, he has taken an active part in investing more than 15M€ in agricultural projects targeting more than 100,000 farmers in Madagascar, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Hatim speaks French, English, Spanish, Bahasa Indonesian and Hindi, with a sound knowledge of Singhalese. He holds a Master Degree in Comparative agricultural system (Agro Paristech) and a Tropical Agriculture Master degree from Montpellier School of Agronomy.

Christian has a dual expertise in sustainability and IT. He is the architect of our SUTTI application and is responsible for its technical and technological development. He also participates in consulting activities around various sustainability issues. 

After 20 years in the IT sector with IBM France, Metamerge A/S (Norway) and the French Space Agency (Centre National Etudes Spatiales), he completed an Executive Masters at Mines ParisTech/ISIGE in 2019 to strengthen his contribution to global sustainability projects.

Christian speaks French, English, Serbian, Spanish and Russian.

Krystel is senior consultant, contributing to Ksapa’s consulting and advocacy missions, on the topic of business & human rights and more generally sustainability. Previously she was a Senior Legal Officer of the Human Rights and Business Unit at the Syrian Legal Development Programme (SLDP), where she developed an expertise in business and human rights in conflict-affected areas.   Prior to that Krystel worked as a business and human rights consultant advising along with leading experts on a wide range of projects across the private sector, international organizations, and academic institutions. She is admitted to the Beirut Bar and worked as a lawyer in international arbitration and human rights. ​   Krystel is fluent in French, English and Arabic.​

Sona works on Ksapa’s consulting activities. With her multi-industry experience, she makes a strong contribution to climate and circularity issues and more generally to strategic sustainability thinking within companies.

A Graduate in international development from Sciences Po Paris, she has previously worked on designing a sustainability strategy for an industrial machinery based in Kuala Lumpur. Sona has had experience on tackling social and societal issues for Total and the Galeries Lafayette Group and has analyzed the implementation of the Chinese carbon market from Beijing with EDF China.

Sona speaks French, English, Spanish, Mandarin & Gujarati.

Adrien is a SUTTI Program Officer. He’s responsible for the development, operational implementation, and monitoring of SUTTI programs. He participates in designing financial structuring schemes leveraging SUTTI’s impacts.

He has previous experiences in various industries, within public, private, and non-profit organizations. Before joining, he was involved in microfinance and social entrepreneurship initiatives in Cambodia and the Philippines, after working for Danone and RATP.

He holds a Master’s in Finance from Paris-Dauphine University, as well as a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.

He speaks French, English, and Spanish.

Paavani works at Ksapa as a Sustainability Analyst and Communications Coordinator. She ensures the smooth running of the communication plan, develops content, and is actively involved in various consulting projects.

Currently pursuing her Masters at Sciences Po Paris, she specializes in CSR, Sustainability, and Social Innovation. Passionate about sustainable development and inclusive growth, she has previously worked with a consulting firm for social enterprises and the Government of India's think tank, NITI Aayog.

With a keen interest in responsible business particularly in the context of emerging markets, Paavani aspires to work towards helping build more resilient and inclusive business models and advancing responsible management practices.

She is fluent in English and Telugu.

Julia is a Program Officer. She participates in the conceptualization, development, and management of SUTTI programs and coordinates the implementation of the projects with different stakeholders and partners.

She is an Agricultural Engineer with a MSc in Urban Agriculture and Green Cities from UniLaSalle. She has experience working in the non-profit sector on improving the livelihoods of vulnerable communities and refugees through trainings and forestry activities in Lebanon. She volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician with the Lebanese Red Cross for 4 years and participated in disaster management trainings and interventions.

Julia speaks French, Arabic, English and Spanish.

Solène part of Ksapa's consulting team, working notably on human rights and sustainability.

With a keen interest for climate issues and circular economy, she has previously worked within Beiersdorf’s Sustainability Team where she tackled issues of responsible sourcing and human rights.

Solène holds a Master's in marketing and communication, as well as a master in creative industries and social innovation from the EDHEC Business School.

She speaks French, English and Spanish.

Marie joined Ksapa and supports the technical and operational development team of our SUTTI application. After completing a bachelor's degree in software development at MydigitalSchool, Marie qualified as an application development designer. That same year, as part of an apprenticeship, she contributed to the development of an application at Amadeus in Sophia Antipolis. Marie speaks French, English and Spanish.

Dana is part of Ksapa's consulting team and supports the team, working on sustainability and human rights. With a strong interest for environmental and social issues, she has had experience with Altai Consulting working on circular economy and societal challenges in Africa. Dana holds a Master's degree in International Business from HEC Paris, and is fluent in French and English.
