Discover how Ksapa helped the SIFCA Group structure an EUDR due diligence approach to strengthen the traceability and compliance of its plantations in West Africa.
Context
Faced with the growing demand from customers to demonstrate compliance of activities with the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), SIPH, a subsidiary of the SIFCA Group, called on Ksapa to structure a due diligence approach in line with regulatory requirements. The objective: to guarantee exemplary traceability and propose a progress plan aligned with international standards, covering key countries such as Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria.

- Design a methodological framework to respond to third-party audits.
- Integrate the existing sustainability commitments of the SIFCA Group while aligning them with future expectations (2025-2030).
- Measure the company’s degree of preparedness in view of regulatory expectations.
