Shaping Inclusive Growth: Leadership Lessons of the Great Recession – Ksapa partners with the Harvard Belfer Center and OECD for insightful webinar!
Covid-19 is generating unprecedent economic and social crisis as inequalities are shaping explosive social contexts. Meanwhile, environmental challenges the likes of climate change, biodiversity loss and water scarcity are creating unique pressures for business, investors and policy-makers.
Susan Winterberg with fellowship from the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs joins Ksapa to debate where it makes most sense for companies to use lay-offs to address their financial and competitiveness challenges. Romina Boarini, OECD, Acting Director, Center for Wellbeing Inclusion, Sustainability & Equal Opportunities will be sharing perspective from business and government coalitions navigating the crisis. In specific settings, other approaches pertaining to inclusive growth strategies would produce better results for customers, employees and shareholders and ultimately foster better long-term performance of the company.
